阿奇霉素（Azithromycin）为半合成的十五元大环内酯类抗生素。

药物相互作用：

含铝、镁的抗酸药物能降低阿奇霉素口服制剂的血药浓度峰值，但不降低AUC值。

口服阿奇霉素不影响静脉注射单剂量茶碱后血浆中茶碱水平或药代动力学。鉴于目前所用的大环内酯类药物能提高血浆茶碱浓度，因此，同时使用阿奇霉素和茶碱时应谨慎，并监测血浆茶碱水平。

口服阿奇霉素不影响使用单剂量苄丙酮的凝血酶原时间。但是，在给病人同时使用阿奇霉素和苄丙酮时应谨慎，并注意监测凝血酶原时间。因为在临床上，同时使用大环内酯类药物和苄丙酮会增加抗凝药的药效。
